Are my files uploaded?

Scanning, organizing and most on-device tools process files on your device. Cloud conversion, AI and feedback upload only the content described on their respective screens.

How do invitation rewards work?

Eligible new users enter an invitation code and both people automatically receive points under the campaign rules, with no manual review. Sharing alone earns no points. Each user can enter one code, and reinstalling does not reset eligibility.

How can I report a problem?

Describe the steps, the problem and your app version. You may choose up to three screenshots. Cover private information first. Support replies appear in My feedback.

How are membership and points different?

Membership is confirmed through App Store purchases and a separate verification service. Invitation points do not activate membership. Availability depends on the actual products shown in the app.
